Unsubscribe link for user opt-out

You can provide an unsubscribe link using either of the below placeholders in your email messages to allow users to opt-out from receiving emails sent through Freshdesk Customer Success. 

  • {unsubscribe_url}

  • {unsubscribe_link}

 

Manually unsubscribe a user

You can manually unsubscribe a user from your Freshdesk Customer Success mailing list.

 

Go to Email Center > Suppressions > Unsubscribe List and click “Unsubscribe user” to add the user emails you wish to unsubscribe.
