The email notification feature allows you to receive an email reminder of creation, assignment, and changes made to tasks/goals/alerts/touchpoints you created or added as a watcher. This feature will send emails to your Freshdesk Customer Success-registered email address with change details and a link to the task in Freshdesk Customer Success.
You can also choose to receive a daily reminder email that summarizes the tasks that need your attention in the next week or a list of goals that need your attention in the next month, or a list of touchpoints that you need to attend to.
Turn on Notifications
Click on the profile icon on the top right of the page and go to Profile settings -> Notification preferences. Note that this setting is configured on a per-user basis; therefore, each Freshdesk Customer Success user needs to turn on this feature separately in order to receive emails for themselves.
