Overview


The email notification feature allows you to receive an email reminder of creation, assignment, and changes made to tasks you created or added as a watcher. This feature will send emails to your Freshdesk Customer Success-registered email address with change details and a link to the task in Freshdesk Customer Success.


You can also choose to receive a daily reminder email that summarizes the tasks that need your attention in the next week or a list of goals that need your attention in the next month


Turn on Notifications


Click on the "My Profile" icon on the top right of the page and go to My settings -> Manage Notifications. Note that this setting is configured on a per-user basis, therefore, each Freshdesk Customer Success user needs to turn on this feature separately in order to receive emails for themselves.
