Touchpoint templates allow Admin users to automate the touchpoint creation process for CSMs. 


You can create templates for a specific purpose (such as a QBR) with predefined attributes such as name, description, watchers and checklist items. CSMs can then choose from these Touchpoint Templates when setting up meetings, either independently or as a part of a Goal. The checklist items serve to direct CSMs of the process to follow in completing the Touchpoints task.
