Touchpoints can be created from the Global Add New button in Freshsuccess.

In the slider that opens up, you would need to create a touchpoint from scratch and enter all the details. The CSM can create a touchpoint for an upcoming meeting or connect it to an already created event from their calendar by clicking on the “Choose from calendar” option (calendar sync should be completed for this).
